Practicing with openness and curiosity, I place great importance in meeting you where you are and creating a safe and nonjudgmental space in which we can collaborate and practice healthy coping skills to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Guided by evidence-based and trauma-focused therapies, I believe in adapting multiple modalities in treatment to best fit your unique needs. Common issues I work with are anxiety, trauma recovery, self-esteem, relationship issues, sexual abuse, stress/burnout, depression, perfectionism, disordered eating, grief/loss, and life transitions. Additionally, I also place focus on navigating family expectations, childhood trauma, and the emotions surrounding “never feeling good enough”. As an inclusive and affirming therapist, I incorporate sensitivity and respect to differences in opinions and values of various cultures and welcome individuals of all gender identities, sexual identities, and cultural identities. Therapy can be a transformative process, and together I would love to support and walk alongside you in this journey of self-growth and healing.
