Hey, I’m glad you’re here. There are so many issues that can arise throughout our lives, either in our relationships, work, school, or even with ourselves. They can impact how we interact and perceive relationships, our thoughts and emotions, and how we think we fit into the world. These issues can cause us to feel confused, isolated, misunderstood, and unheard. Using empathy, sincerity, compassion, and authenticity, I want to help you unravel these complex issues and understand who you are, what factors impact these issues, and connect you with who you strive to be.
I enjoy working with individuals, children/teens, and families, and desire to support and empower you to find your voice. I specialize in depression, anxiety, identity, relationships, suicide and self-harm, and trauma. My training is in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed treatment, cultural competency, Asian American/Pacific Islander mental health, and more.
I believe there needs to be trust between a therapist and a client to support you in building a strong relationship with yourself and others. I hope to provide you the space to explore your authentic self, and recognize that you are seen, understood, and appreciated for all that you are. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to hear from you.
