I am a Counseling Psychologist and a first-generation Chinese American woman.  I am passionate about advocating for mental wellness within the AAPI community. Using a strength-based and culturally informed approach, I strive to create a safe and affirming space to help you reflect on your past, to gain insights into your relational patterns and coping strategies, and to engage in intentional efforts in changing your life in congruent with who you are and what you value.
