Bio

I am an Asian American clinical psychologist who specializes in helping my clients gain meaningful, long-term change through collaborative exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors along side practical, goal-oriented interventions. I aim to establish a safe, supportive space where we can work together to better understand your experiences so that you may take the necessary steps to lead the life you want. In doing so, the objective is to help you develop a stronger sense of self and bolster your abilities to adapt and thrive. Many of my clients are also of Asian descent and are looking to work with someone who welcomes exploring how their racial identity has impacted their understanding of themselves.
