Bio

Whether you’re navigating a recent challenge or carrying a long-standing burden, I work with individuals to build resilience, develop skills to manage anxiety, depression, and intense emotions, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. With years of experience in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for those feeling overwhelmed or in emotional pain.

I specialize in suicide prevention, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Using a gentle, person-centred approach, I create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and work toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.

It takes strength to reach out when you’re struggling—and you don’t have to do it alone. Whatever you’re going through, you deserve support, understanding, and a space where you feel seen. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you—with care, curiosity, and hope.
