Bio

Building pathways for enhancing mental health and well-being.

My name is Esther Kang, as a licensed therapist I believe in the transformative power of therapy to bridge the gaps in our minds and hearts leading to enhanced well-being. Furthermore, I believe wellness is not just the absence of crisis or illness but the intentional pursuit of habits and lifestyles that enhance one’s overall state of well-being.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has the inherent strength and capacity for growth and healing. By integrating proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strength-based approaches, and mindfulness, I provide a supportive and dynamic environment for change. I tailor my approach to each individual, ensuring that therapy is a collaborative and evolving journey.

Graduating with a Masters from New York University, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, supportive counseling to adolescents, adults, couples/families, and groups. With the launch of my private practice, Mindbridge Wellness, my aim is to guide clients towards achieving their aspirations for personal growth.
