Bio
I specialize in working with youth and adults, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, who are navigating complex emotions and challenges with grief, anxiety, depression, identity, and chronic illness and pain. As a Registered Art Therapist and Counselor, I offer a unique, holistic approach that blends Art Therapy and counseling for healing and growth through creative expression. Together, we’ll create a safe and affirming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

In our sessions, you’ll find a nurturing space that supports you in processing emotions and thoughts around difficult experiences. We’ll work together to help you discover new ways to express yourself and gain valuable insights. I’ll support you in building skills to handle uncertainty and grow greater compassion towards yourself and your experiences.

If you’re curious about how I can help support you with your specific therapeutic needs, feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about getting started! No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to support you in blooming fully into the person you aspire to become.
