Bio
I see individual adults addressing challenges, some of which include healing and wellness from depression, anxiety, trauma (generational/PTSD/racial), life transitions, stress, low self-esteem, and cultural and relationship challenges. In doing so, I utilize person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, and systemic approaches in therapy with specific techniques from ACT, narrative, DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Clients can expect unconditional care, a sense of authenticity, respect for their unique story, and yes, even a space for humor when participating in one of my sessions.
I’m a 1.5-generation, biracial Hmong/White woman passionate about racial and ethnic diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am committed to collaborating with clients to develop personalized tools, training, and knowledge. I work to provide an environment that nurtures trust and safety, embracing the strength and diversity of every individual.
If you think I may be a good fit for you, please contact me with your name, age, insurance (if applicable), what you are looking to address/what symptoms you are experiencing, and a few general times & days you have available. Please keep in mind I am only seeing clients via telehealth at this time. I look forward to hearing from you!
