Bio

Hello!

.

I work with teens and adults who may struggle with difficulties such as anxiety, rapid mood changes, feeling distracted, self-esteem, disrupted sleep, and setting boundaries with others. I specialize in addressing past events and experiences that may be negatively impacting present-day functioning, including childhood and relational trauma. My clients often want to understand themselves better, improve their relationships with others, develop skills and strategies, and enhance their sense of wellbeing.

.

I provide trauma-informed, client-centered care. While my integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to my client’s specific needs, I have additional training in EMDR, mindfulness skills, and somatic work. These approaches can help with symptom improvement even if there are things my clients may not want to or do not feel ready to talk about.

.
I aspire to provide a compassionate and affirming therapy space. I offer in-person and virtual services. Please check out my website for additional information about me and my practice. If you are interested in connecting, please use the Contact Me form on my website. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we may be a good fit!
