We all encounter pain and loss at various points throughout our lives. I believe that these experiences are complex and often derived from our relationships to people and systems. I hope to explore with you the ways you have attached meaning to these relationships and assist you in developing insight around how they have impacted various areas of your life. I also aim to help you understand your experiences in the context of other systemic influences. In doing so, I believe you will find more opportunities to experience healing and a greater sense of freedom and agency in the world.
In our work together, I will be mindful and respectful of the various communities to which you belong and that have shaped your identity.
I am committed to collaborating with you, to help you pursue the things that make for a good quality of life so that you can experience greater connection to yourself and to others in your community.
