Bio
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or life stressors or transitions, you are not alone. My goal is to create a warm and nonjudgmental atmosphere to encourage individuals along the path to their most authentic self. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and have worked with adults, youth, and families to address emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns that will promote growth.
I utilize many clinical modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT) and mindfulness to encourage self-awareness and growth with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors and transitions.
Take the first step to taking care of you, because you matter. Please feel free to email or call me to set up a free consultation appointment. I look forward to meeting you!
