Hello, and welcome! I am a biracial Asian American therapist who practices psychodynamic relational therapy. I enjoy working with clients who desire relationships that allow for them to show up as their authentic selves. I practice in a trauma-informed manner, and will often incorporate somatic awareness into treatment. My goal is to help you reach greater fulfillment in life, build greater self trust and resilience, and become more able to advocate for your needs. Our work together will help you build lasting confidence, clarity, and self-trust. I provide a client-centered space for exploration and the complex feelings that can accompany positive change.
