Janice Ha, RTC

Hello! I am Janice, a registered therapeutic counselor in Vancouver, B.C. I work with individuals grappling with stress, anxiety, trauma responses,  relationship and communication challenges, attachment wounds, as well as those yearning for a deeper connection with their inner selves. My therapeutic methodology is tailored to those drawn to holistic modalities, encouraging an exploration of the intricate relationship between their physical and mental states. I extend a warm welcome to clients from varied backgrounds, ages, and life paths who are dedicated to embarking on a transformative journey towards heightened self-awareness, equilibrium, and overall well-being.

My  wish is for clients to forge a profound connection with their own narratives, rewriting stories of resilience, self-compassion, and personal triumph that guide them toward a brighter and more empowered future. May you not just overcome obstacles but to thrive emotionally and mentally, fostering a state of well-being that extends beyond the therapy room and into every facet of their lives. Let me help you discover your own language of what medicine might serve you best in the present moment, be it more space, play, connection, or creativity. If you need support, please reach out and let’s connect.
