Bio
My core goal is to create a safe, collaborative and empowering environment that provides acceptance and compassion while taking strides towards one’s own desired change. I value your personal experiences, perspectives and knowledge in your therapeutic journey. I strive to provide an inclusive space that is accepting of individuality and reinforces living in accordance with your values.
I will work with you to create a therapeutic relationship that can help you to explore your intersecting identities, manage symptoms, facilitate change, and create desired results. I also value the integration of multicultural frameworks. I have a particular interest in working with young adults and BIPOC identified women.

I recognize that taking the step to reach out to a therapist can be challenging. Please feel free to reach out to me via email with any questions or to talk about potentially working together. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to assure goodness-of-fit. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
