I am a 1.5-generation Korean settler in amiskwacîwâskahikan. I am a Registered Social Worker with a clinical orientation and have experience in mental health, addictions, child welfare, home care, community outreach, forensic psychiatry, and education (Grades 1-12 and post-secondary). I am one of the therapists at the BIPOC Healing and Wellness Centre and am passionate about culturally informed care. My areas of focus include trauma, spirituality, suicidality, sexual violence, racism/discrimination, immigrant experience, conflict management, anger, anxiety, and depression.
