Bio

My family arrived in Canada as refugees. I spent over a decade in demanding jobs before becoming a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and opening my practice. My own transformative journey in therapy and diagnosis of ADHD emphasized the unique value of finding a therapist that understands and contextualizes your experiences, challenges and strengths.

I believe you are the expert when it comes to your life and what is right for you. I’m direct and collaborative. My approach is rooted in anti-oppression and decolonization, with a sex and ace positive and trans/queer affirming lens. I recognize that stigma and structural barriers impact well-being, access to care and collective liberation. Working at your pace, we’ll explore what resonates for your motivations and needs.

It is my belief that people aren’t broken; everyone is capable of growth, healing and creating the meaningful change they desire.
