Bio

Are you feeling disconnected from those around you? You might find yourself stuck in the same arguments or patterns with your intimate partner. Or you may be struggling to find a sense of belonging in your family, workplace, or a new community. This sense of isolation can magnify already stressful situations and have negative impacts on both your emotional and physical health. With support, you can experience the growth and healing that can come from reconnecting with yourself, and strengthening your relationships with others. My identities and experiences have shaped me to become the counsellor I am today, a wounded healer.

My practice offers you  healing in a culturally responsive, racially conscious, LGBTQ2S+ affirming atmosphere. I am here to assist you in processing difficult emotions that have kept you stuck in a habitual pattern that no longer serves your purpose. Together we’ll build on your inner strengths to improve your confidence in your own abilities- and more secure bonds within your relationships.

I believe that no one is broken; everyone has inner strength and resources to deal with obstacles in life. Through a collaborative, curious and genuine approach we can work together towards helping you live the life you want. Visit my website and let’s get started on exploring how love can heal you.
