Bio
I specialize working with people 12 and up. I want to help you navigate life in a way that feels authentic and energizing, tailored to your specific needs and goals. I have a special interest in supporting those who have been in relationship with people who have narcissistic traits. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR.
Before pursuing my mental health passion, I was a professional violinist, and I have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with the pursuit of an intensive career, as well as an appreciation for the amount of pressure and anxiety job performance can create. Working through tendencies like overthinking or perfectionism can both enhance your performance and overall quality of life.
Clients teach me so much about the world and inspire me to look beyond my own experience. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and am committed to maintaining a safe, open-minded, and empathetic space for you to share yourself and what makes you uniquely you. I currently practice at Live Full Therapy in Nashville, TN and have both in-person and telehealth availability Tuesday-Saturdays.
