Bio

I am a second generation Chinese-American therapist.   I am here to help the Asian community in processing their struggles with empathy and compassion.

Are you feeling overwhelmed with trying to keep your family together, your relationships, job demands and daily responsibilities? Are your children struggling to navigate returning to in person school academically and socially? Reaching out to get support takes courage. This is an unimaginable time. If you find yourself struggling with anxiety and depression or feeling isolated, you deserve to take care of your mental health and emotional well being. Your adolescent or teen can benefit from getting support with a trusted ally who will listen and help improve functioning.

I have worked extensively with individuals and families to restore balance and harmony in their lives. I am skilled at helping to uncover where one is stuck in order to work on discovering new possibilities and new paths to traverse.

I know too well how life challenges can be overwhelming and stressful. Children are also struggling with school and relationships. I am in your corner. I am passionate about helping others in their healing journey. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help you work through, restore and improve your quality of life.
