Life can feel overwhelming when you’re facing stress related to health, family, relationships, and/or career challenges. These experiences can deeply affect your self-confidence and sense of identity. As an Asian therapist, I offer culturally affirming therapy for APIDA individuals.
My specialty is in the areas of stress, anxiety (generalized, social anxiety, phobia), grief, and trauma. I practice using CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness to increase coping and insight. In addition, I use trauma interventions such as IFS, EMDR and CPT to get to the source and address origin of these concerns.
My exposure to corporate life in my past career makes me a good fit for individuals who are navigating mental health challenges while working. Whether you are struggling with self esteem, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and/or self doubt, I am here to help.
We live in a very challenging environment. If you find yourself struggling to stay emotionally well and would like to gain more perspective and grow in your coping strategies, I am happy to be part of that journey with you. Please check my website for more information about me.
