Managing daily life can be difficult when you are experiencing anxiety and depressed mood from stress and/or trauma due to health, family situations, work conflict and/or past life experiences. You may also be struggling with  the impact of the cultural conflict, racial identity, generational differences, interpersonal challenges, and career demands on your mental health. Your self confidence eventually takes a toll.
My experience and skills will help you address these challenges, In addition, my exposure to corporate life in my past career makes me a good fit for individuals who are navigating mental health challenges while working.
My clinical practice is focused towards stress, grief, anxiety (all spectrums), and trauma. I practice using a combination of CBT, ACT, DBT,  Mindfulness, and trauma informed interventions such as IFS, EMDR and CPT.
We live in a very challenging environment. If you find yourself struggling to stay emotionally well and would like to gain more perspective about yourself and grow in your coping strategies, I would be happy to be part of that journey with you. Please check my website for more information about me.
