Bio
Managing daily life can be difficult when you are experiencing anxiety and stress due to health, family situations, relational conflict, work life and/or past traumatic experiences. You may also be struggling with  the impact of the cultural conflict, racial identity, generational differences, interpersonal challenges, and career demands on your mental health. Your self confidence eventually takes a toll.
My exposure to corporate life in my past career makes me a good fit for individuals who are navigating mental health challenges while working. Whether  you are struggling with self esteem, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and/or self doubt, I am here to help.
I started out working in corporate and eventually became a career advisor for business graduates. This led me to eventually take roles as professional trainer and corporate coach (certified in 2009). I returned to get clinical training and now have close to 15 years experience in the mental health field.
My specialty is in the areas of stress, anxiety (all spectrums), grief, and trauma. I practice using a combination of CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and DBT to increase coping and insight. In addition, I use trauma interventions such as IFS, EMDR and CPT to get to the source and address origin of these concerns.
We live in a very challenging environment. If you find yourself struggling to stay emotionally well and would like to gain more perspective and grow in your coping strategies, I am happy to be part of that journey with you. Please check my website for more information about me.
