Bio

My name is Kat. I help independent, sensitive people find joy and live more authentically.

Life on the outside seems okay, but you feel anxious or down on the inside. You struggle with difficult emotions and are often in tune with how you and others feel, which can be wonderful AND overwhelming at times. You have been through stressful, maybe even traumatic, situations in the past. You can see that they still get in the way of you being your full self or going after what you want in life. You handle a lot for others but are realizing that you also need some help too. And you’re ready for things to change.

I’ve been there, and I believe that healing is possible.
