Krystle is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is queer, multiracial, and a first generation child of an immigrant.
A graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in clinical practice with individuals, families, and groups; and a focus on sexuality and gender, Krystle is passionate about creating safe spaces and empowering women, LGBTQIA+ and gender fluid individuals, young adults, and adolescents through compassionate, culturally responsive, and affirming therapy. She is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and a Spanish speaker.
Krystle is dedicated to fostering good mental health and well-being for clients through a collaborative and anti-oppressive strengths-based approach, using elements of narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mind-body connection, and breath work (where appropriate) to support and guide clients through their life journey.
