Ky [pronounced “key”] is a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) who has helped hundreds of clients work through issues of trauma, loss, and disconnection over the last decade. She brings to the healing space a calming presence and guidance that is simultaneously rooted in the human experience & spiritual wisdom.

Having grown up in a working class immigrant family, she has a deep understanding of how traumatic life experiences and cultural pressures can inhibit us from living an authentic and purposeful life.

In her own journey to create a balanced life, Ky dived into the world of healing at a young age.  As a practitioner, she strives to integrate her psychological expertise with somatic and spiritual techniques to help clients reach the deepest transformation. She is heavily guided by attachment theory, Buddhist philosophy, meditation and energy practices.

She has certifications and/or training in the following techniques: Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), hypnotherapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Reiki healing.

She lives in San Diego, California with her husband and young daughter.  Outside of her work, she devotes her time to her own spiritual practice, reading and environmental advocacy.
