Bio

You can be free from the patterns and struggles that keep you from living fully, authentically, joyfully. You may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed by recent challenges or past traumas. Wherever you are in your journey, I can provide you with the support and tools to stay present while addressing ongoing issues such as anxiety, depression, limiting self-beliefs, harmful behaviors, or painful cycles in relationships. As we attend to these issues with compassion, you will begin to heal the disconnection from self, relationship wounds, family conflicts, and intergenerational trauma that may be at the root of these struggles.

I specialize in mindfulness and somatic therapy, working with you holistically – body, heart, mind, spirit. Incorporating modern research in neuropsychology and ancient traditions in whole-person wellness, this approach enables you to release old habits that no longer serve you, reconnect to your inner wisdom, and discover new ways of living your life.

Together, we can explore how some of the dominant cultural narratives of hard work, achievement, and perfectionism, and de-emphasis of emotions, individuality, and intergenerational trauma have impacted your journey. At the same time, we will honor all of the diverse aspects of your identity. Your healing is the foundation for your happiness, and I invite you to embark on this transformative journey.
