Hi there and welcome. My name is Lauren and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. I know therapy can be intimidating and I commend you for taking this step to seek support. My priority as a therapist is to walk alongside clients in their journeys, wherever they are, with compassion and respect in a comforting space.
My primary specialization lies within the scope of CBT, EFT, IPT, and somatic experiencing therapies for both individuals and couples. I help to support those experiencing anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and disordered eating.
