With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Trauma Specialist, I offer a holistic approach to therapy. I support clients to navigate anxiety, trauma, work-life balance, and spiritual growth. I believe in the power of a calm, supportive environment to foster healing and create space for self-exploration. We will develop a personalized treatment plan focusing on long-term healing, symptom management, and overall well-being.
In addition to my clinical background, I am a certified energy practitioner, offering Holy Fire III Reiki, Akashic Records, and Clinical EFT 1. These tools complement my therapeutic work, supporting emotional and energetic balance. Outside my private practice, I also serve as a Mental Performance Coach for elite athletes, guiding them to strengthen their mental resilience and achieve optimal performance.
