Bio
Are you feeling overwhelmed with the expectations and pressures of life? Do you feel lost or riddled with overthinking, which causes you to be unproductive and emotionally vulnerable? I understand when life feels routinely intrusive, it is hard to know what to do next: contact me. I offer you safe space to be heard, validated, encouraged, and challenged.
I specialize in addressing anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and mental health concerns in the BIPOC and Asian American communities. I offer tailored support to help individuals manage stress, overcome challenges, and develop self-worth, while fostering healing, emotional growth, and empowerment.
I won’t lie to you therapy is hard work. I will challenge your perspectives and thinking, encourage emotional talk and processing, and give you homework to continue the work we do in session. There might be times you say fuck this and you can tell me, but I believe each and every person is fully capable of doing the work and growing in amazing ways.
