I am an outpatient psychotherapist at Cardinal Counseling. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (8432-C) in the state of Arkansas. I have worked with clients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, which has led me to help others through so many of the difficult and diverse situations that may arise. I have much experience helping clients manage anxiety and depression, recover from traumatic experiences, navigate systems, and advocate for change.
As a biracial Taiwanese American, I understand the complexity of experience surrounding the need to honor cultural traditions while also finding one’s own way. I’m honored to work with clients in exploring their racial identities and healing generational wounds. Deep joy and fulfillment are available to all of us, even if we are still in the messy middle. I will approach each session with compassion, openness and an aspiration to empower you to live a meaningful life throughout your journey.
I am a trained trauma therapist that utilizes EMDR, ACT, Mindful Self-Compassion, artistic expression, ego state and mindfulness techniques when working with individuals. I firmly believe in individuals having an active role in their treatment process.
