I am pleased that we have crossed paths by you visiting my profile.  Whether you have stopped by because you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stress, negative habits, or any other feelings or behaviours that are impacting your mental health and quality of life, my hope is that I can help you navigate through life’s challenges.  My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, 2SLGBTQ+, and BIPOC safe space where people are comfortable being their authentic selves as they share their stories.

In my role as a psychotherapist, I hope to help you navigate the challenges you are experiencing in your life, and to help you reach your goals.  I use various types of therapy including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and person-centred therapy.

A little bit about myself, I enjoy collecting vinyl records, watching documentaries, and collecting crystals/rocks.  I am passionate about supporting koala rescues in Australia as a way to ensure the survival of the now endangered animals.

I offer free 15-minute consultations – please feel free to contact me for an initial conversation.
