I provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where all my clients can be heard and seen. I work with individual adults 18+, with empathy I hope to support my clients in all walks of life. I have a special interest working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, identity conflict, racial and cultural trauma. My approaches include Person-Centered, Strength-Based, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Approaches.
