Hi there, I’m Mano. As an immigrant of Indian origin, I can deeply empathize with those who struggle with acculturation stress, self-esteem, sense of identity, and belonging. I believe that healing starts the moment we feel seen, heard, and known. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they courageously navigate complex relationships and difficult seasons in their lives. I support individuals, couples and families to identify the underlying reasons for their distress, and work on negative thought patterns that contribute to challenges like anxiety and depression.
I incorporate an integrative, strengths-based, collaborative approach to explore practical steps and help clients in their journey toward flourishing. I earned my Master of Science from Fuller Theological Seminary and am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
