I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, specializing in helping individuals of all ages—children (ages 13+), adolescents, and adults—heal from trauma, particularly generational and childhood trauma. I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the impacts of trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and loss, with the goal of helping them find balance, resilience, and healing.
My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Expressive Art Therapy.
