Bio

Are you experiencing stressors from life transitions, pressure of high performance, grief and loss, exploring your racial/cultural identity, or navigating your identity as a transracial/transnational adoptee? You are not alone. If you’re looking for ways to feel more connected to yourself and others, discover your authentic self, and increase self-compassion, therapy is a place to start. You likely have a lot going on, so know that your time is valuable and that you come first in therapy.

Sometimes we don’t know what we need – that’s ok! There is no rush or “fixing” required. You will have space in session to just be – to reflect and share your story. Through therapy, we will help you discover what you need to heal and grow into your identity and self so that you feel more connected to yourself and others.
The first step to healing can be daunting. I am available via email if you have any questions about working together. I also offer free, 15-minute phone consultations to check-out the vibes! I look forward to connecting!
