Bio

Thank you for your visit. I was born and raised in Japan, and moved to Canada 20+ years ago. I am a member of BC Association of Clinical Counsellors in good standing, and hold both designations of Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I offer clinical counselling, supervision, and consultation services in English and Japanese.

My career in mental health began with teaching a group of vulnerable female youth how to breathe. That experience led me to be unthinkable opportunities in mental health for the following 15 years. I had a privilege to have worked with people from across the lifespan as well as the differences in age, social status, ethnicity, and spirituality.

I look forward to connecting with you.
