I enjoy working with 1st/2nd gen immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women and couples on familial, relational and cultural issues as well as anxiety, depression, burnout and intergenerational trauma. I value a holistic and collaborative approach centered around social justice and decolonizing. I help clients deepen awareness of the mind-body connection.
I believe it is imperative to acknowledge how toxic systems impact mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, and acknowledge the need for systemic change. I am committed to creating a welcoming space for all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, nationalities, classes, religions, abilities, sizes, and neurodiversities.
