Bio

Nicole’s goal is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to be open and vulnerable. Building an empathetic relationship that allows you to do so is my main focus. Together we will explore what therapy means to you, your goals, strengths, and what challenges you may be facing. Overall, our therapy will be an opportunity for collaboration in reflection and bringing more insight into your life. Using an integrative approach, Nicole pulls from CBT, DBT-informed, and art-based/expressive therapy techniques. Nicole has experience working with children ages 7 & up, adolescents, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you feel empowered and to celebrate each step in becoming the best version of yourself!
