Bio

Welcome to therapy, a space for positive changes to happen through understanding, healing, and growth. Whether you’re navigating life transitions or supporting a loved one, I’m here to provide compassionate support.

With over 15 years working as a social worker in medical settings, I’ve worked with seniors, adults, families, children and couples, providing support that is both compassionate and attentive.  Individuals with chronic illness, caregivers, and healthcare professionals come to me for therapy seeking relief from the stress of daily life, the burden of caregiving, or just looking to improve your well-being.

My approach is rooted in real-life experience, driven by an inherent calling to help those who help others. As a child of immigrant parents and first generation college graduate, I understand the many facets of caregiving.

Everyone deserves support, regardless of life’s circumstances. When working with me, you’ll find a safe space where you can discuss personal struggles, find support, and learn how to cope with inevitable challenges.
