This is valid and it is what makes our life experience unique, oftentimes so unique that it feels that no one can understand us. My approach draws from a wide range of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS to help identify what is and isn’t working for you anymore, and work towards finding inner peace. I am experienced working with grief, loss, interpersonal issues, emotional dysregulation, and trauma-informed work.
