Bio

Life isn’t easy, it’s filled with joys and sufferings, and it can easily bog you down. You can feel lost, confused, scared, exhausted, and alone. This is valid and it is what makes our life experience unique, oftentimes so unique that it feels that no one can understand us. Our work together will create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood; a space where you can truly be you and embrace who you are. I will be with you every step of the way as you navigate your healing process and build a life worth living.

My approach draws from a wide range of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS to help identify what is and isn’t working for you anymore, and work towards finding inner peace. I am experienced working with grief, loss, interpersonal issues, emotional dysregulation, and trauma-informed work.

As a therapist, I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive towards building that secure connection through genuine, compassionate, and empathic care as the vehicle for one’s healing process. I would be honoured to go along with you on your journey as you discover yourself.
