Bio

I support individuals in overcoming relational challenges, self doubt, and disempowerment through a warm and approachable therapeutic environment.

Clients who have worked with me appreciate my calm presence and compassionate nature, often seeking my support for a safe place to share vulnerable experiences they haven’t disclosed to anyone else without feeling judged or isolated.

As someone who has lived through significant traumas, I know how challenging it can be to navigate complicated situations. Therefore, I adopt a ‘human-first’ approach, prioritizing connecting with you as a fellow human being. I gently guide clients to deepen their understanding of themselves using an integrative range of therapies to suit each person’s unique journey. My goal is for each client to gain a clearer perspective of the source of their challenges and learn new ways of responding to their life that feel authentic and empowering.

If you are interested in learning more about what counselling may look like with me, I warmly welcome you to visit my website, or contact me directly. I would be honoured to hear from you wherever you are in your journey.
