Bio

I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. During my education in the master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University, I have gained experience working with adolescents and young adults from various cultural backgrounds in the an outpatient clinic setting. I have worked with issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship issues, and cultural adaptation and adjustment issues faced by immigrants and second-generation immigrants in the United States. As a therapist, I am passionate about providing my client a safe and non-judgmental space to speak their truth, discover their internal resources and grow. In addition, I strive to offer trauma-informed care with cultural competence.

Everyone’s journey is unique, and it is my honor as a therapist to walk along part of the life journey with each of my clients. If you decide to start the journey of healing, of embracing internal resilience from within, I am here to walk with you and my unconditional acceptance and understanding.
