Bio

Regina Chow Trammel, Ph.D., L.C.S.W. provides tele-therapy, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and unhealed trauma, stress & burnout in California & Illinois.

Are you burned out? Do you numb out? Are you finding that anxiety or depression is building? As a client, you are seeking support from someone who is genuine, authentic, warm, and empathetic.

You are capable of moving toward healing. Engaging in therapy means that you are ready to invest in yourself & heal so you can be effective in your work, while balancing caring for your loved ones.

Yet, you also know therapy is not a band-aid, you want to explore healing from your issues, and you are ready to dive deep into issues that keep cropping up. Solutions and coping are important, but insight, and a desire to fashion your life moving forward is another goal of yours in therapy.

I am a process-based therapist with expertise in mindfulness-based treatment & existentialism.

Along with being a therapist, I am a published author of a book on mindfulness (Harper Collins Christian), professor of social work at Azusa Pacific University, and speaker, featured on TEDx. This is all to say that I am research and evidence-based in my approach in therapy. Please peruse my site for more on how I might be helpful to you. Thanks for reading!
