Bio

A successful therapy session begins when both the client and therapist meet as their authentic selves, fostering a genuine therapeutic encounter. As a licensed psychodynamic therapist, I focus on creating a trusting and safe environment where clients can explore their unconscious. Through these meaningful therapeutic encounters, I help clients understand how their unconscious thoughts and feelings, shaped by their past experiences, influence their present challenges and future goals.

I provide specialized mental health support for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, ADHD, men’s issues, porn and sex addiction, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen emotional bonds and improve relationship satisfaction.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy reading, creative writing, and staying active through tennis, badminton, and hiking. I also have a passion for exploring diverse cuisines, engaging with the local art scene, and practicing chess and cooking. My favourite way to relax and reconnect with myself is by hiking natural trails, whether solo or with a friend.
