Sarah Kosterlitz (she/her) is an independently licensed social worker (LICSW, LCSW-C) with a master’s degree from Augsburg University. She believes each person is “the expert” of their own life and identifies as a guide and support during her clients’ healing journeys. Sarah embraces an anti-oppressive and non-judgmental approach to therapy. She values creating a warm and safe environment while each client works towards their goals. Sarah enjoys working with adoptees, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals.

Sarah loves learning languages (currently Tagalog, Thai, and Indonesian) and meeting people from around the world. She spends her free time with her friends either dancing, going to karaoke, or eating sushi.
