Bio

Hi there, and welcome! Our lives and relationships are shaped by stories—stories about who we are, where we’ve come from, and where we might be headed. Sometimes, those stories leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others, and it’s in these moments that therapy can be a powerful, transformative space. Together, we won’t just talk; we’ll work through the emotions, patterns, and underlying dynamics that shape your experiences. This process requires courage and vulnerability, but it’s through this relational work that real understanding and change can take place.

In our sessions, we’ll create a space that is safe and supportive, where you can explore the roots of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Our work will involve not just understanding what you feel, but how these feelings connect to past relationships, unresolved wounds, and deeply held beliefs. Together, we can bring these aspects to light, creating room for growth and healing that is lasting and meaningful. If your Christian faith is important to you, we can integrate that into our work as well, grounding our exploration in your spiritual values.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this path of self-discovery and healing. Feel free to reach out when you’re ready.
