I’m Sheila Lee (she/her), a retired professor with over 15 years of teaching and research experience exploring the relationship between the intersections of social identities and one’s lived experiences. I have also worked as a clinical social worker providing case management, crisis intervention, and mental health services to clients with complex trauma(s) and high acuity scores. I draw on these experiences in my healing work to help you find your balance and inner harmony.
