Hi! I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland and I provide individual sessions, therapeutic groups, Mental Health First Aid trainings, and psychoeducational workshops in the community. I specialize in working with school-aged children, adolescents, and older adults with depression, anxiety, grief, and multicultural counseling. I provide sessions in English and Mandarin and I integrate SFT, CBT, client-centered therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness into my sessions.
