Bio

You may find it hard to wake up and get to the day. You may have a vulnerable place in your heart that you have not been able to heal, and now you have finally decided to give it the attention it deserves. You may need more support in a foreign country, a safe place, a voice that understands your cultural background . Whatever brought you here, I want to start by acknowledging and thank you for the courage to take the first step towards healing and change.

I practice under ACT and Person-Centered framework, and value establishing a therapeutic relationship that’s based on trust, which is safe and warm to hold your emotions and experiences–I believe in the uniqueness for every client, and am dedicated to view the development of each client which is reflective of your own goals and values. I incorporate mindfulness techniques and somatics into my practice, and learn to view the way our body operates in a trauma-informed lens. I work to support all people connect, or reconnect, with their body and authentic selves.
