Bio

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and reflect, address problems, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen your connections with others. My clients often use therapy to alleviate stress, anxiety, post-trauma symptoms, self-esteem issues, and relational problems. Through this process many people also explore how present day patterns are related to childhood or family of origin experiences. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and incorporates nervous system awareness to bring into balance your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. We’ll work together to explore the problems you’re facing and develop a path forward. I provide therapy via telehealth to adults living in Oregon and Washington, and via telehealth or in my Oakland office in California. If it seems like my approach might be what you’re looking for, please contact me for a consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit.
