Bio

All aspects of your identity and cultural context are welcome in the therapy room with me. I help my clients move through difficulties to feel relief from stress, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, and relationship problems. Through this process many clients also explore how present day problems are related to childhood or family of origin experiences. I provide supportive, trauma-informed psychotherapy focused on your emotional and mental wellbeing. We work together to explore the problems you’re facing and develop a path forward. I provide individual therapy via telehealth throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. I hope you’ll reach out so we can have a conversation about how we might work together.
