Bio

From the outside looking in, you’ve got it all together. You look the part, talk the talk, and everyone around you seems to believe it. But on the inside, you’re lonely, tired, and starving for something that you can’t quite pinpoint. You wonder if something is wrong with you. You worry that all of the best moments of your life have already happened. You desperately want a new experience, but you’re afraid that it’s too late to start again. As scary as it is to make a change, there is voice inside asking, “is this it?”

You don’t know what to do or how to do it, but you know it’s time for the next step. You want to fall in love with life again, to deepen your connection to yourself and others, to have more meaningful experiences, and to live in alignment with your values. After all these years, you’re finally ready to create the life you desire and I’m here to help to you.

As the granddaughter of ancestors who survived the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, I am deeply dedicated to supporting others in healing from trauma, abuse, dysfunctional upbringings, and any other experience that interrupts one’s connection to life. My approach is integrative, pulling from psychodynamic, humanistic, somatic, and gestalt frameworks while utilizing what feels most intuitive in the moment. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and I specialize in working with Asian American and BIPOC individuals. It would be my honor to support you on your healing journey. Email or call today to schedule a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
